Piping Supervisor - Pharma Project

We are seeking an experienced Piping Supervisor to lead all piping installation activities on our pharma manufacturing facility construction project in Belgium. This hands-on role oversees piping teams and ensures high-quality installation of process utilities, clean utilities, and pharmaceutical piping systems.

• Supervise piping installation teams across process utilities, clean utilities, and pharmaceutical piping systems
• Ensure quality installation of stainless steel, carbon steel, and high-purity piping systems
• Conduct piping inspections, dimensional checks, and weld quality assessments
• Coordinate with HVAC, mechanical, and electrical trades for integrated system installation
• Manage piping material logistics, storage, and inventory control
• Oversee testing, flushing, and pre-commissioning activities
• Report progress and quality metrics to Construction Manager and Package Owners
• Ensure compliance with EU GMP requirements

• Technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Piping, or related trade certification
• 8+ years supervisory experience in industrial/pharmaceutical piping installation
• Proven experience with welding and high-purity systems
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical process and clean utility piping requirements
• Expertise in stainless steel, carbon steel, and plastic piping systems
• Understanding of piping codes and GMP piping standards
• Knowledge of pressure testing, leak testing, and system commissioning procedures
• Strong leadership skills managing diverse piping installation teams
• Excellent safety record with focus on confined space and working at height operations
• Experience with quality control procedures and inspection protocols
• Fluency in Dutch advantageous
