We’re looking for a creative and technically sharp Senior Automation Engineer who thrives in complex environments and enjoys building scalable solutions that make a real impact.

Role and Responsibilities

As a Senior Automation Engineer, You will:

• Lead the design and development of new automation capabilities and products.
• Guide DevOps teams in onboarding and integrating with our automation platform.
• Build and deploy infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Ansible and Terraform.
• Develop robust CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and automation frameworks.
• Ensure platform reliability while balancing speed and scalability.
• Collaborate in a multidisciplinary DevOps team that owns both development and operations.
• Maintain and evolve documentation to support operational excellence.

Education and experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in automation engineering within large-scale, complex environments.
• Proven expertise in GitOps, Config-as-Code, Infra-as-Code, and CI/CD.
• Hands-on experience with Python (preferably with FastAPI) and infrastructure-related modules.
• Familiarity with both Azure cloud and on-premise infrastructure.
• Experience working in SAFe Agile environments is a plus.
