Data analyst - end user experience & service quality

ASML Business Services (ABS) is the sector providing business services across ASML. We provide services and support in the areas of HR&O, IT, Finance, Strategic Sourcing & Procurement, Sales, Master Data, Reporting, Corporate Real Estate (CRE) and Facilities.

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join the ABS IT Operations team. This role is part of the foundation and strategic expansion of our digital capabilities and supports key areas such as f.e. Operational Excellence, Financial control, Quality Management and continuous improvement. The Data Analyst will play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making across operational domains.

• Service management quality: Oversee the E2E quality of service management processes, focusing on areas like operational excellence, process adherence, compliancy, hardware asset management and CMDB;
• Data analysis & reporting: Analyze data, generate dashboards, reports, and provide actionable insights to drive process improvements and decision making;
• Collaboration: Work with diverse stakeholders and cross functional teams to ensure alignment, communicate results, and facilitate continuous improvement.
• Analyze and interpret complex datasets to support operational efficiency and strategic planning.
• Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, O365, ServiceNow etc.
• Support governance and compliance efforts by structuring and validating data flows.
• Contribute to cost allocation models and performance tracking across IT domains

We’re looking for a colleague with a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree and a strong background in analytical thinking and organization. You should be comfortable with service management- and financial control processes and have experience in hardware asset management.

• Analytical: You have a strong background in expertise support, service management, or relevant service delivery roles. You thrive in enterprise agile environments and enjoy working with a variety of tools such as O365, ServiceNow, Power BI, Spotfire, Jira, and more;
• Process-oriented: You’re skilled in administrative support processes and can manage data reporting with precision;
• Collaborative: You excel in building relationships with stakeholders and ensuring high-quality documentation and work instructions.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools
• Proven experience in data analytics, preferably within IT operations or similar enterprise services.
• Familiarity with IT governance frameworks and operational KPIs.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
