As an Operator, you play an important role in keeping the production process running smoothly. You ensure that machines continue to operate, solve minor issues and actively contribute ideas to improve the production process. With your technical skills and hands-on approach, you help create high-quality products together with your team.
Your main tasks:
- Monitoring the production process and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Carrying out physical tasks, including lifting products up to 20 kg
- Solving minor machine issues and ensuring production keeps running
- Performing quality checks to maintain product standards
- Keeping your work area clean, safe and organised
