Wat je gaat doen

As a (Process) Operator at ROCKWOOL in Roermond - near the German border - you will play an important role in ensuring the efficient production of our sustainable stone wool products and (construction) panels. For the insulation of walls and pipes. You working in a 3-, 4-, or 5-shift system, you will be part of a dynamic team that keeps our machines running smoothly while meeting production goals. What You Will Do:

• Operate machines and equipment, ensuring proper setup and adjustments based on production requirements.
• Monitor the production process and make necessary adjustments to meet planning and specifications.
• Troubleshoot issues and deviations in the production process to maintain a smooth workflow.
• Conduct quality checks and measurements to ensure product standards are met.
• Collaborate with your team to coordinate tasks and actively participate in process improvement initiatives.

• Monthly salary between €3,178 and €3,839 gross plus shift allowance ranging from 21.5% to 28.5%.

• Completed technical education, preferably in process technology.
• Strong technical understanding of operating machinery.
• Precise, independent, and high-quality work approach.
• Strong awareness of quality and safety standards.
• Proficiency communication in Dutch or English or German
• Willingness to work in 3-, 4-, or 5-shift systems.
