Supervisor Service Administration

Here’s what your work will include:

• Leading a close-knit team and aligning planning, administration, and invoicing into one clear process.
  
• Turning scattered tools into one smart system. Thanks to you, ERP, CRM, and FSL work together seamlessly, you’ll also be the key-user for these systems.
  
• Taking the lead when things get complex, you connect the right people and know how to get things done.
  
• Supporting engineers by keeping administration complete, up to date, and accurate.
  
• Thinking along with capacity and budget planning, and suggesting ideas others haven’t thought of.

We serve customers across the EMEA and Asia regions, with our main site in Beusichem (NL) and sister companies in Hasselt (BE) and Walla Walla (USA). We’re part of the Duravant Group.

You’ll join our friendly Lifecycle Services team. You’ll manage one planner and two administrative staff members, and you’ll report directly to the Director of Lifecycle Services. In this team, we keep communication short, the atmosphere upbeat, and our word is our bond. Everyone supports each other, and you’ll feel that from day one.

You’re not someone who waits to be told what to do, you take the lead. You love structure and clarity, but you also know how to bring people along and get them moving. With your communication skills and confidence, you make things better and keep the team on track. You’re the type of leader we’re looking for.

Here’s what you bring:

• A completed MBO or HBO-level education.
  
• At least 2 years of experience in service-oriented planning and/or administration.
  
• Strong communication skills and the courage to make decisions.
  
• A sharp eye for structure and process improvements.
  
• Good command of English and Dutch is a plus.
  
• Interest in or experience with LEAN is a bonus.

Here’s what’s in it for you:

• A 1-year contract with the intention of permanent employment.
  
• Monthly salary between €3,000 and €4,500 gross based on full-time, depending on your background and experience.
  
• After 6 months, the option to work from home 2 days a week (full-time).
  
• 25 vacation days and 6.5 ADV (reduction of working hours) days per year (full-time).
  
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per km.
