The Role
As EHS Regional Manager, you’ll lead Environmental, Health & Safety initiatives across multiple European sites, including France, Belgium, Sweden, and Germany. You will ensure consistent procedural control of all Health, Safety, and Environmental activities in line with local regulations, Bodycote PLC Safety Policy, and ADE Division standards. Working closely with site management and divisional teams, you will maintain and continuously improve EHS standards, support Plant Managers in deploying industry-leading practices, and define best practices to ensure consistency across European sites. You will develop a proactive EHS culture to positively influence employee behaviour, lead incident investigations when required, support sites in maintaining ISO certifications, and collaborate with Divisional and PLC Group teams for reporting and compliance.
Who We’re Looking For
5–10 years in EHS leadership, multi-site EU experience preferred
Degree or certification in occupational safety, environmental management, or equivalent
Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and standards
Experience with ISO certifications, incident investigations, HAZOP, JSA, SQDCP
Proficient in EHS digital systems, Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Power-Bi, Planner)
Effective communication and influence across all levels of a global organisation
Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently under strict deadlines
Proficient in English and French
Collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented
Committed to developing a positive EHS culture and continuous improvement

Location & Work Pattern
This role is based in Paris with hybrid working arrangement and requires travel across European sites approximately 50% of the time.
