The Role
As a Site Administrator, you’ll manage the day-to-day accounting, payroll, and administrative activities at the Bodycote Knowsley site, ensuring accurate financial reporting and smooth site operations. You’ll be responsible for producing monthly management accounts, completing reconciliations, and processing payroll, as well as supporting credit control and ensuring timely invoicing and payments. You’ll also maintain internal records, assist with stock counts and reporting, and liaise with customers and suppliers where required. Alongside this, you’ll ensure compliance with company procedures and health & safety standards, while supporting effective communication across the site.
Who We’re Looking For
Key essentials:
Proven experience in office administration and financial/accounting roles
Strong invoicing, payroll, and financial reporting experience
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
Understanding of general ledger processes, reconciliations, and management accounts
Strong organisational and communication skills
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Location & Work Pattern
This role is based in Knowsley, with an onsite working pattern. Some travel may be required.
